I am a bioethicist with a background in philosophy and social science. My main research interests are:
- Ethical decision-making in practice
- Social and ethical aspects of health policy
- Methodological innovations in bioethics
- Reproductive technologies, particularly gamete donation and pubic policy
- Women’s health and midwifery
- Evidence based medicine, RCTs and clinical effectiveness
- HIV/AIDS public policy
