I graduated from The University of Manchester in 2004 with a degree in Microbiology with Industrial Experience. I studied my PhD at The University of Liverpool, entitled 'Molecular ecology of anaerobic cellulose-degrading microorganisms in landfill sites', and graduated in December 2008. I am currently working as a research assistant at The University of Liverpool.
